Four-Day Tour

On the first day we leave Abraao on a Brazilian-style fishing boat and head out to explore a less inhabited region of the island. Accommodations for the first two nights are in a rustic beachside resort, where days are spent snorkeling, hiking, exploring caves, bird watching, swimming, and taking in glorious sunsets.

On the third day, we`ll hike to the Mata Atlantic rainforest, the most untamed part of Ilha Grande. Trekking along jungle trails and secluded beaches, and witnessing first hand the rainforest`s flora and wildlife is an unforgettable experience. That evening we`ll relax beside a campfire and overnight in the jungle.

Before returning to Abraao, guests can begin the fourth day with a morning swim in a nearby freshwater river. We`ll then embark on a scenic hike back to civilization, with stops at Cachadaco Beach, St. Antonio Beach, and Lopes Mendes Beach.
